Great Change Robe - some small optimizations posdible
During my Camping Holidays last week I've had the best bad weather situation for testing the new Story-Robe. It was totally water-resistant and warm! The test was successfully! Only two small points could be optimized...but they haven't got a negative influence on this great Poncho!
1. The inner bag could be fixed on the upper side on one point too. With a Phone in it it loses the position.
2. A small neoprene wrist on the hands would be good to Keeper the arms warm and dry.
But...as I've seid...just two small points for a future Design.
I'm totally happy with it and of course with the uncomplicated and super fast customer Service of my other ordered Poncho!

Great product, exactly as described, bought for my wife who’s loving how waterproof and cosy. Bought for her when watching our kids football.. not quite what is was designed for but ideal never the less
Not too happy that it came in a box that had someone else’s name and address on it along with a post office sticker saying it hadn’t been collected. It was a gift for my son so I had to convince him I hadn’t bought it second hand. Had it not been a gift it wouldn’t have mattered but…….

apologies for the packaging - i can understand as it was a gift - had we known we would have made sure it looked better. We try to recycle all our packaging and where possible reuse to reduce waste - i hope this goes someway to explaining and gaining back your trust in us.
