Surfboards for Every Level, From First Waves to Fast Sections
Whether you are catching your first bit of white water or chasing down a clean face, the board under your feet makes all the difference. Our surfboard range runs from soft, forgiving foamies for people learning the ropes through to livelier shapes for surfers who want more drive and speed. You will find boards from Circle One, Alder Surfworx, Crush, Catch Surf and Australian Board Co, so there is something here for the whole family and every stage of surfing.
Beginner and School Softboards
Soft top surfboards are where most people start, and for good reason. The foam deck is kind to shins and confidence, the extra width helps you paddle onto waves earlier, and a wipeout on foam beats a wipeout on hard glass every time. We stock softboards from Circle One and Alder Surfworx, along with wider school and rental boards built to take a full lesson group day after day. If you run a surf school, or you are buying a first board for the kids, this is the place to start.
Longboards, Mini Mals and Retro Shapes
Once you are up and riding, board choice opens right up. Longboards and noseriders reward a smooth, classic style and glide through smaller summer surf. Mini mals sit in between, keeping the paddle power of a longer board in a length that is easier to handle and duck under white water. For a looser, skatier feel, our retro eggs, mid lengths and twin keel fish hold speed through flat sections and turn on a sixpence. Look out for shapes from Alder, Australian Board Co and Crush. Most boards ride best with the right setup, so it is worth pairing yours with a matching set of fins and a leash.
Surfboards Supplied by Remixd
Remixd is a Swansea based surf shop and distributor, so surfboards are not a sideline for us, they are the core of what we do. We ride what we sell, we know which board suits which conditions, and we would rather point you towards the shape that fits than the priciest one on the page. Every board ships fast with free UK delivery.
Before you paddle out, finish the kit: grab a leash, a bar of wax or some deck grip, a board bag to protect your new board, and a wetsuit to keep you in the water longer.
