These are surfskate trucks, sometimes called surf skateboard trucks or carving trucks, not standard street trucks. The spring-loaded front truck pivots to mimic the rail-to-rail feel of surfing, so you can carve, pump and train on land between swells.

Carver C5 vs C7 vs CX

The C7 is the surfiest, with the most turn and pump for a true surf feel. The CX is tighter and more stable, better for cruising and skatepark lines. The C5 is a lower-profile street-carve option. All bolt onto a standard deck.
