I ordered this item and it says delievered but i havent recieved it. the invoice says to follow but i have not recieved this item and noone is answering my calls.

I was surprised to discover that the necklace is better than I expected. The colour, patterned style, and the tie attachment to tighten and loosen were awesome. Not seen that particular tie-up style before, but found it works better than the lobster clip style, etc. Affordable, stylish, funky, and casual. I think I will order again from this company, as it's my style. Received a few compliments on the necklace too.
Item arrived damaged, emails and phone calls ignored.
WILL NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN - ordered a cap and it arrived damaged, after two emails and multiple attempted phone calls I've heard nothing back when it comes to the return. Return instructions on the website don't cover damaged items.
This fin is such an artistic piece! It has a sanded finish on the top with a glossy finish on the bottom half! It’s gorgeous. Great materials, excellent craftsmanship!
